Maximator high-pressure pumps can be used for many technical applications in engineering and industry – even in explosion-proof areas. They generate pressure using oil, water or special fluids in a reliable, cost-effective way. The pumps are based on the design principle of an oscillating pressure intensifier, so that pumping continues when the pressure drops. The pumps are driven with compressed air at 1 to 10 bar.

MAXIMATOR PLV series air amplifiers are suitable for the compression of pressurised air or nitrogen. The units are capable of increasing normal pressures of 4 bar or 6 bar to the desired final pressures. The PLV Air Amplifiers are operated with normal shop air and are provided with a variety of amplification ratios. All PLV Air Amplifiers can be supplied with an air control unit comprising a filter, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and an air shut-off valve. The desired operating pressure can be preset by means of the air control unit in correspondence with the different pressure ratios. We can offer you a choice between a standard PLV Air Amplifier Station or a customised solution.

The Maximator high pressure gas boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of gases and air. Industrial gases like argon, helium, nitrogen and hydrogen can be compressed to operating pressures of 2400 bar (36000 psi) and oxygen up to 350 bar (5075 psi), depending on the application. PressureJet - Tank and Reactor Cleaning System

Tank cleaning is the most essential In the industries. Production of most of chemicals, petrochemicals, breweries and other process industries, the internal surfaces of vessel cleaning and reactor cleaning at internal surface must be cleaned on a regular basis. There is usually a build up of contamination on the reactor walls and on the agitator blade surface, which can be easily cleaned with high pressure tank cleaning equipment. This build up results in inefficiencies and also the risk of down stream contamination due to debris falling off. Likewise cleaning of jackets of vessels is as much as important as cleaning of reactor tank. If a reactor jacket becomes fouled, a plant can face serious consequences.
