Cam and groove coupling is a simple and effective system to establish direct and leak free tightness between two elements (hose to hose, hose-to-pipe connections). Sunpool composite hose fittings are compatible with most composite hoses all over the world. Composite hoses are highly flexible and lightweight hoses made from multiple layers of spirally wrapped thermoplastic fabrics and films held together by a metal wire helix.

The king combination nipple, aka. the KC nipple, is a hose coupling used to transition from a hose to a pipe, equipment, valves, or strainers. The default connection for the KC nipple is an NPT male thread, but it is also available in grooved end, fixed flange, or turnback flange. Sleeves can be used to crimp rubber hose or layflat hose onto the combination nipple for low-pressure applications. For even better crimping, heavy-duty KC nipples & ferrules with an interlock groove work well in 40 bar. All fittings are available in plated steel, SS304, and SS316.
Our Large Bore Coupling or Hy-Flow Fitting is designed for the transmission of large amounts of liquid. Fracing hose fittings are produced in aluminum and commonly used in fracing gas and oil. Our Slurry couplings are compatible with all drag hoses in the agricultural market and can be easily connected and disconnected in the field.

Storz couplings are secured together with an identical sized fitting with the same lug dimension, KA, in millimeters. Storz couplings are in rib or serrated hose tails. Customers can choose choose 3 segment clamps to assemble the hose. Storz adapters are with female or male thread. Storz blanking cap includes a chain to prevent loss. Available in forged aluminum, casted aluminum, bronze, brass or stainless steel.
For 4”, 5”, and 6” storz couplings, adapters, and caps we can install a safety latch to prevent operators from accidentally open the device.
