EASY-CLEAN LIQUID uniquely combines cleaning agents with newly-developed emulsifying technology to provide a product that can effectively remove carbon, grease, oil, and other organic deposits while being both safe and ozone friendly.
EASY-CLEAN LIQUID is the most effective cleaner/degreaser for heavy-duty industrial services available and can be used for parts degreasing, pressure washing, steam cleaning, ultrasound cleaning, or simply by brushing or spraying and then rinsing with water or wiping clean. In its concentrated form, EASY-CLEAN (LIQUID) could be corrosive to aluminum and its alloys.

High-Temp/High-Pressure Valve Sealant & Body Fill Lubricant
A premium sealant that reduces torque formulated from a unique blend of high viscosity gas resistant synthetic and vegetable based oils for use in all valve types. EZY-TURN #196 is an ideal sealant for service applications involving gases, distillates, dilute acids and steam. Although designed for expanding gate type valves, EZY-TURN #196 is used effectively on many other valve types.
Gate / Plug Valve & Body Fill Lubricant
Specifically designed for use where light hydrocarbon liquids and gases are present, making it the sealant of choice for pipeline and compressor station usage. EZY-TURN #3 ARCTIC is pumpable to temperatures as low as -58°F (-50°C) with the appropriate pump. It lowers torque necessary for smooth valve operation and protects internal plug surfaces from scoring and galling.
Gate Valve Body Fill Lubricant - (Arctic Conditions)
Designed for oilfield use under arctic conditions. EZY-TURN POLAR will not absorb or mix with water which prevents freeze up at low temperatures. It remains an effective sealant and lubricant to -75°F (-59°C). It contains 100% synthetic base oils that give excellent resistance even in most severe acid conditions. Graphite has been incorporated as a solid boundary lubricant to prevent galling of valve gates and seats, the additive package helps reduce the torque required for normal valve operation compared to other products.

The semi-synthetic base fluid is reinforced with anti-oxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and ultra-pure copper particles to provide outstanding protection to threads and components. COPASLIP™ minimises variations in frictional interference between threads, allowing accurate and consistent assembly. It also prevents galling and seizure during assembly and dismantling – even after long periods of exposure to high temperatures, corrosive environments or high pressure.

Lead- and nickel-free anti-seize paste used to reduce wear and optimize friction of threaded fasteners, or other metal-to-metal joints, enabling nondestructive dismantling, even after long exposure to high temperatures. It offers good corrosion protection, under high loads, over a wide temperature range.
Lubrication for control and pressure plug valves, water softener and faucet valves. Sealant for vacuum and pressure systems and outdoor equipment (also shipboard) subject to washing and harsh environmental exposure, such as meters, electrical service entrance and underground connections. Damping medium for dash pots in electrical and electronic equipment. As an anti-stick and a sealant for transformer gasket and equipment enclosures – it prevents gaskets from sticking to metal and resists weathering and water washout. DP-40 can be used on nonporous parts including both ferrous and nonferrous metals, ceramics, and glass.

DUBL-CHEK HM-604 is a Level 3, Method A & C, Water Washable, Fluorescent Penetrant for inspecting castings, extrusions and similar parts. HM-604 is a versatile, general purpose penetrant for use on a variety of materials, including aluminium and magnesium.
Complies with low sulphur and low halogen requirements. HM-604 has been used by aerospace, airframe, turbine engine and missile manufacturers for over a decade.
Non Destructive Testing // Cleaners & Removers DUBL-CHEK DR-60 Cleaner / Remover can be used in the penetrant process to remove excess penetrant from part surfaces. In the penetrant process, it is a manual wipe on and wipe off material and is recommended for small areas. DR-60 may also be used for generally cleaning oily, dirty surfaces. DR-60 is especially suitable for cleaning prior to the application of inspection penetrants. Complies with low sulphur and low halogen requirements.
Non Destructive Testing // Developers DUBL-CHEK D-100 developer consists of refined white particles suspended in isopropyl alcohol that produces enhanced sensitivity for locating tight flaws. D-100 developer pulls flaw-entrapped penetrant to the part surface and creates a contrasting vivid white background. Complies with low sulphur and low halogen requirements.

The suspension responds to magnetic leakage fields created by discontinuities in ferromagnetic material. Particles rapidly collect at leakage fields producing black indications.
Non Destructive Testing // Magnetic Particles DUBL-CHEK CP-2 is a specially formulated, fast drying, low odour white paint that provides a high contrast background for interpreting magnetic particle results. CP-2 enhances the visibility of indications under visible light conditions when the background material has a similar colour to the particles. When dry, CP-2 is resistant to wet suspension fluids but is easily removed with DUBL-CHEK DR-64.
